1. Сирия. Нападение боевиков на армию Телеканал Al-Hadath сообщил, что бойцы сирийской армии отразили нападение террористов запрещенной в РФ группировки "Исламское государство". Сообщается, что боевики пытались захватить нефтяную вышку, расположенную в районе Джебель-эль-Башари. В результате столкновения погибли семь солдат, есть раненые, но их численность сообщается. Встретив отпор, террористы отступили вглубь пустыни. 2. Сирия. Атака боевиков Заместитель руководителя российского Центра по примирению враждующих сторон в Сирийской Арабской Республике контр-адмирал Вадим Кулить сообщил, что боевики незаконных вооруженных формирований, которые действуют на подконтрольной Турции территории, атаковали автотранспорт сирийской армии на севере провинции Алеппо. Они произвели пуск управляемой противотанковой ракеты по автомобилю вооруженных сил САР, который двигался по автотрассе в районе города Телль-Рифаат. Сообщается, что ВС Азербайджана открыли огонь по армянским позициям, в результате чего погибли три армянских военнослужащих, двое ранены. В свою очередь пресс-служба Минобороны Азербайджана сообщила, что ВС Азербайджана продолжают принимать ответные меры с целью пресечения провокации, начатой Вооруженными силами Армении в ночь на 28 июля в направлении Кельбаджарского района, сообщалось о двоих раненых военнослужащих Азербайджана.
